By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

All products are available in limited quantities. While we make every effort to keep stock information up to date, availability cannot be guaranteed. 
In the event of unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order and will inform you immediately.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are added at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

– Other payment options as offered at checkout

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs are specified during the checkout process. 
Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply outside the EU 
and are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. WARRANTY

Statutory warranty rights apply. Please inform us of any defects immediately upon receipt of your order.

8. LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by slight negligence, except for damage to life, body, or health.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, texts, and content on this website are the intellectual property of SLEEP-OVER and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, Germany.
